Organized Chaos Events Hosts Pride 2010 VIP Party!

Where were all the “A” Gays this weekend? At the Pride VIP Party of Course. All the fab, glam and biggest names in the City were there.

Organized Chaos Events was this year’s sponsor for this year’s PRIDE VIP Party at City Hall hosting over 2000 people including Celebrities, Politicians and the cast of Showtime’s “The Real L Word.”

We designed the lounge, coordinated restaurants for food donations and threw a rockin’ dance party with live DJs in the historical rotunda.

We’re now the talk of the town!

WCLC Reception at The Asian Art Museum

The Asian Art Museum reopened in Spring 2003 at its new home in the Civic Center. Formerly the San Francisco public library, the Asian Art Museum is one of our finest jewels in the City!

The building has been graciously restored to its original 1917 grandeur, designed by internationally renowned Italian architect Gae Aulenti (Musée d’Orsay, Paris; Palazzo Grassi, Venice; Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya, Barcelona).

The reception this evening was held in the gracious Grand Hall and adjoining loggia, which retains the grandeur of the original Beaux Art style.  Guests wandered to the upstairs galleries to view the museum’s superb collections.

Guests enjoyed premium Sake tastings and a sumptuous array of passed and displayed hors d’oeuvres as well as delicious food stations.

A myriad of artists, performers and musicians from the many Asian cultures amaze and entertain during the feast.  Guests were treated to  performances of a Japanese Koto and Flute duo, and Harpists and Wind Instrumentalists.

This Summer Organized Chaos Events hosted over 7,000 delegates from all over the world to convene in San Francisco for the 13th World Conference on Lung Cancer.

The Opening Ceremonies and the final Gala Dinner Event took place at the Moscone Center with special guest performance by Glide Memorial Church, Beach Blanket Babylon and The Beach Boys.

Full Circle Fund

The CEO of FACEBOOK spoke at this annual event for Full Circle Fund. Organized Chaos Events was the sponsor. Over 900 people attended this event that pairs volunteers with political causes. They actually move people into action to get things done.

Organized Chaos Events has coordinated the logistics for this event pro bono, as they have for the past 5 years. Keynote speakers in the past have included Al Gore, and the CEO of Google

Birthday Party Above The Clouds

Last week Organized Chaos Events helped our client celebrate a very special day with some of her favorite pals at her home high up in the hills of Marin.   The panoramic view was the perfect backdrop to show off the beautiful Ikebana floral arrangements.  Butler passed hors d’oeuvre’s carefully crafted by Chef Robert Meyer of Mangia Nosh Catering were delightfully gobbled up, while the bar served the guest a very unique spiked punch with fresh summer and fall fruits.  To top off the ambience, musician (and U.S. finalist for the Roland V Accordion Festival competition) Steve Albini swooned the ladies with the beautiful and very romantic songs of Italia and beyond!.
